A refundable security deposit of $1,500–$5,000 is held on the credit card at pickup, depending on the vehicle class. The hold is released within 3–5 business days after the rental concludes with no damage.

Debit cards and prepaid cards are not accepted for the security deposit — only major credit cards with sufficient available credit are accepted.

Basic Florida state-minimum liability coverage is included with every rental at no additional cost — you are covered for third-party property damage and bodily injury as required by Florida law.

Yes. Additional authorized drivers can be added to your rental agreement at a fee of $25 per day per additional driver.

Each additional driver must meet the same age and license requirements as the primary renter — minimum age 25, or 21–24 with surcharge and manager approval. Each must present their own valid driver's license at pickup.

Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are insured to operate the vehicle — unauthorized drivers void your coverage and result in full liability for any damages incurred.

All rentals include 100 free miles per day — a generous allowance covering most Miami-area driving, from South Beach to Aventura, the Florida Keys day trip, or a run up to Palm Beach.

Miles exceeding the daily allowance are billed at $2.50–$4.50 per mile depending on the vehicle class — exotic supercars carry a higher per-mile rate than luxury sedans and SUVs.

Unlimited mileage packages are available on select vehicles and weekly rentals — ask our team about unlimited-mile pricing when booking for 5 days or more.

Mileage is recorded at pickup and return via our inspection checklist — no GPS tracking is used to monitor your route, only odometer readings at handoff.

All gas-powered vehicles in our fleet are delivered with a full tank of premium fuel (91–93 octane) as required by the engine specifications of exotic and performance vehicles.

Renters are asked to return the vehicle with a full tank of the same grade fuel. If the vehicle is returned below full, a fuel top-off fee of $8.50 per gallon is applied for the difference — higher than pump price to cover our team's time.

The Tesla Cybertruck is delivered with a full charge and should be returned at or above 70% charge — Supercharger access is provided via the vehicle's Tesla account throughout your rental.

Using regular (87 octane) fuel in a vehicle requiring premium will result in a fuel flush charge — always use the grade specified at vehicle handoff.

Out-of-state travel is permitted to select neighboring states (Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama) with prior written authorization from Velaro — not available for all vehicles.

Interstate travel requires additional insurance documentation and a signed authorization form provided at pickup. An out-of-state surcharge of $100–$250 applies depending on distance and vehicle class.

Travel to certain states may be restricted or prohibited depending on vehicle insurance terms — contact us before planning any multi-state itinerary to confirm authorization for your specific vehicle.

Unauthorized out-of-state travel voids your coverage and may result in immediate repossession of the vehicle. All vehicles are registered in Florida and must be returned to Miami or a pre-approved drop-off location.

A 1-hour grace period is included at no charge. Returns more than 60 minutes past the agreed return time are billed at a pro-rated hourly rate of 1/24th of the daily rental rate.

Returns more than 4 hours late are billed a full additional day's rate. If the vehicle is needed by another renter, failure to return on time may result in additional fees and pickup arrangements at your expense.

If you need to extend your rental, simply call us at least 2 hours before your return time — we will check availability and confirm an extension in minutes.

Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and may not always be possible during peak season — plan ahead and communicate early if you want more time.

Smoking of any kind — cigarettes, cigars, vaping, cannabis — is strictly prohibited in all Velaro vehicles without exception. This policy protects all renters from the effects of smoke odor and residue.

Evidence of smoking in the vehicle results in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning and deodorization fee deducted from the security deposit, plus any additional detailing costs for leather or headliner damage.

Cannabis possession and use in rental vehicles is also prohibited regardless of the renter's state of origin — Florida law applies throughout the rental period.
